If the answer to all the questions is yes, this post is for you.

Let’s learn how to change our habits, and by changing our habits, we can solve every problem.

First, create your own goal.

For example, I want to learn something like you want to become a successful businessman. So, first of all, you need to create a proper plan. Take a pen and paper, and write something as you wish. If you need to cut it, just cut it and rewrite it. By continuing these, you can find a proper plan for your business, and you might succeed in your life.

Tips 2:

Believe in your god.

If you are Muslim, then read the Quran, read the salat, and see the Islamics video, which can help you calm your heart. If you are from another religion, then pray to your god.

Set your Daily goal

If you want a job, create a daily routine before sleep tonight. Each day, create a separate routine that can make you feel confident and like you are doing something right, which may help you achieve your desired goal.

Reducing activity in your social media

Below are some practical and effective ways to reduce time wasted on social media:

🧠 1. Find out the reason. First, why are you spending so much time on social media? Feeling bored? To feel productive? Is it good to see other people’s lives? Understanding the reason makes the solution easier.

⏰2. Set a specific time (time block). Use it two or three times daily, 10-15 minutes at particular times. For example, 10 Minutes at 9 a.m., five minutes at 1 p.m., or 8:15 p.m. Don’t get beyond that—challenge yourself!

📱 3. Remove apps from the screen. Clear social media apps from the home screen or insert them into folders so they are not visible.

🚫 4. Turn off notifications. Notification means – distracting. Turn off all notifications (if absolutely necessary).

🛠️ 5. Use App Blockers You can set the time limit using the following apps: Android: Digital Wellbeing, AppBlock iPhone: Screen Time Cross-platform: Freedom, StayFocusd (Chrome extension)

📊 6. View Screen Time Report Seeing the daily/weekly report will help you understand how much time you are wasting. It’s a little uncomfortable, but it’s a reality check!

🤝 Bonus: Do it with someone. Tell someone, “Let’s reduce it together.” “There will be accountability.

How to Reduce the use of your phone

📱 7 Effective Ways to Reduce Mobile Usage: Don’t pick up the phone without a purpose

  1. Before picking up the phone, ask yourself:

“Why am I picking up the phone now? “If you get caught without any work, throw it away.

2. Create a “No-Phone Time Zone”

Set a time of day when the phone is not at all. Such as an hour before and after sleep, Time to eat, and Study Time to spend with family/friends. Leave the phone away (out of sight = out of mind)

3. Put your phone in another room.

Set “Airplane Mode” while reading.

4. Set time limits on apps. Android: Digital Wellbeing, iPhone: Screen Time: Give a 30-minute or 1-hour limit every day on social media, YouTube, or game apps.

5. Turn off notifications. Every “ding” means stealing attention. Turn off all non-important app notifications.

6. Turn off the phone’s color (Grayscale mode). As interest in colorless screens decreases, turning on the phone’s grayscale/monochrome mode will reduce excitement.

7. Look for alternatives. Do something in place of the mobile so that the mind reads: Writing a diary on paper, Reading books, Going for a walk, Sketching/Doodling, Listening to music (with radio or speakers in addition to phone)

⭐ Bonus: Write in a small notebook or note— “How much time did I go without my phone today?” At the end of the day, you will be proud of yourself when you see that time!

In conclusion, I hope you can change your bad habits. By modifying your bad habits, you can improve your health, finances, etc., and you can remove your depression.
